That's Patrick Moore. His book, Confessions of a Greenpeace Dropout is really good. I'm not aware of a full documentary featuring him. But he, along with Judith Curry, did a really good job in this climate debate, as far as I remember:

Man-made climate change debunked in a single sentence: The amount of change is less than the margin of error.
There have been far more extreme temperatures in the past. Climate alarmist propaganda just cuts off inconvenient data to manipulate public perception.
The only constant about the climate is that it has always been changing. There's no evidence that humans have any significant impact on it.
The whole CO2 narrative is a massive joke. Plants live off CO2. More CO2 means larger and more healthy plants producing more oxygen. Nature balances itself, it doesn't need help from stupid humans.
