Assuming you write your mRNA to code for proteins which are necessarily deleted from cancerous cells (think along the lines of p53)Link1, the result would be for cancerous cells to discover their own mutation during mitosis and self-regulate accordingly (apoptose) while healthy cells already contain the above protein and will continue to exist just fine.
Basically either A) you don't believe the vaccine technology is real, therefore you can't trust the medical system because they are pushing snake oil, or B) you believe the vaccine technology is real, which proves they want to keep you sick by not using the technology in obviously beneficial ways, so you shouldn't trust the medical system.
Either way, you shouldn't trust the medical system and anyone who does is a fool.
As a whimsical afterthought: maybe they're poisoning/killing 99% of the world because this new technology is the key to literal immortality and they simply don't need us anymore.
If they can just print proteins, then mRNA injections could easily cure cancer, basically starting today (or as long as it takes to type the code).
Unfortunately, instead, you get a mystery sequence that (if it goes according to plan) puts harmful spikes into/onto your cells.
