Just pointing out that In the past 3 to 4 months I have noticed 2 out of country license plates. I've never seen them before in real life. They were the long rectangular ones white background black letters. They didn't specify where. I saw the second one today. June or July is when I saw the first one.

I dunno. They were 2 different cars. One was a black sedan the other the way light gray/blueish SUV. I always look at lisence plates as long as I can remember. I have been seeing a pick up in out of states around here but now out of country is popping up.
