STATIC, STATICAL, adjective - "relating to the science of weighing bodies; as a static balance or engine" aka form within flow; momentum within motion; choice within balance; magnetic within electric.

Static represents the magnetic power of resisting form within the electric power of flowing velocity.

The parasitic few deceive the many to consent to believe in "Static definition is - exerting force by reason of weight alone without motion".
