I have bad news. Two mods there are notorious neocons: Amos_Quito and CelineHagbard

And Amos is well known for gatekeeping censorship. His being in this new sub seems likely as a means of control of opposition. That sub is a trap.

I note that Amos banned me from r/conspiracy for fraudulent reason, and many people complain about his arbitrary practices.
