Devs are a diversity hire, anyone who knows programming in objective high level language would have used an array. That way, if more doses are needed only one number needs to be changed. This way it'll cost millions to upgrade, because muh government contractor who is just as incompetent, and the upgrade will break the application so that nobody could do anything.
