Project POGO has been running for over a decade. In 2019, David Goldberg leaked in a Vlog on YouTube which has been long since been deleted that Project POGO was nearly complete. They had a full list of dissenters and it was huge. Something like 18% of Americans. And who knows how many outside the US.
Project ZYPHR
Operations to eliminate dissenters. Whether in the US only or global, it was not clear.
David Goldberg released his video in June of 2019. He died mysteriously after releasing the video. Project ZYPHR was apparently going to be accomplished via a "flu" like disease. This is a good 6 months before the pandemic began.

According to the video, high value targets will be abducted and eliminated under cover of rolling blackouts. Energy crisis or something of that nature.
The others, would be killed via "flu like virus" or vaccine. Vaccine hesitancy would be a bit snag in their plans.

Rand Paul has a pretty good record for a politician, one of the best probably, though I don't follow him very closely.
That said, Rand Paul allowed Fauci and friends to get away with lying to congress, when he had the evidence to take him down. That may just be because he didn't want to commit political suicide though.
