Well, I can say watching the video, that it's not special effects. That's a real animal IMO.

Consider how they tell us that humans "evolved" from monkeys, which is a complete crock of shit. Consider how they seem to always have monkeys in labs for experiments, testing, etc. To me, it seems far more likely that man made monkeys. After the dust settles from the next "great reset" are they going to tell the post-humans they came from swine?

The only people who could tell you what it is are the people who filmed it.

The person who uploaded the video isn't the one who filmed it and they don't tell us where they got the footage from.

The next step would be to ask a CGI expert to see if they can tell us if it's fake.

Any "scientist" involved in this project should be hunted down and put to sleep, forever...
