VITT - this is happening often enough they named a brand new disease for it, and have somecrecirded cases. This way if it happens to someone you know, it's not verifying rumors, it's verifying the news and only happened 4 other times ever.
I believe you are correct. They don't count you as vaccinated until a period after your last shot.
Any deaths are therefore supposedly unrelated.
