Summary:

After 2nd injection, patients CD4, CD8, natural killer cells and B-lymphocytes extremely low ("wiped out")
basically it has taken most of the adaptive immune system offline
in terms of lab results looks like autoimmune disease (except the person is exercising, eating, supplementing and sleeping right)
short term likely consequences : infections ("breakthrough")
long term likely consequences if blood situation persists with low adaptive immune system: autoimmune disease and cancer

Just as experts predicted before the jabs began.

mRNA injected into muscle
Interstitial fluid drains into lymph
Immune cells in lymph nodes turned into spike factories
Immune system learns it own self is an invader, or if lucky just some percent of immune system is destroyed.

It's not rocket science. There's nothing in the vaccine that makes it only taken up by muscle.
