Having to drive across state lines or risk being potentially sued by a private citizen that someone not only knows you are pregnant and for how long but also will somehow know when you have gotten one in the State. Not only that, but he will be able to present a case that proves he is personally entitled to damages and have that hold up in the appeals process.
