Not exactly "literally dead babies in our food" (yet) but, as others have mentioned, research FROM studying of fetal (and probably newborn, let's be real here) cell stock. If we can grow ears on mice and rats, we can grow fetal-"style" cell stuff as well. And THAT is probably refined and then added. Hence "Artifical Flavouring.
