Upper respiratory illnesses infect mucosal lining of passages. Vaccines for flu were low effectiveness because they were injected into your muscles, which is a different system than mucosal lining, and actually quite separate. But even nasal spray vaccines were not very effective.
Ivermectin as prophylactic. Or HCQ, or a steady diet of Gin & Tonic. And, zinc, etc.
The only thing that really works is getting the bug, and then getting over it, using ivermectin, etc. to reduce troubles.
The death rate from covid is pretty low, unless you combine it with something like drowning, car accident, or murder/suicide (all real examples marked "covid death").

I'm not following it closely but what about other treatments people suggest, like getting antibodies or something?
