I notice two key things when reading this:

2. Proof wikileaks had infiltrated the CIA and was covertly acquiring sensitive information. This combined with their affiliation with foreign intelligence agencies represented a plausible insider threat. So, not initiated by trump or his leadership -and- not related to their historic actions but to their current actions which are qualitatively different than investigative journalism.
