Everything is going to the plan set by the top rabbis, they are not changing plans or anything. Viruses are dead cells parts. Vaccines are toxins. The greater plan seems to include cull by vaccination (the sort we are seeing now, the slow type with a lowered life expectancy, decreased fertility) and a global destabilization and break up of supply chains, they are working for the long run and aim to achieve complete enslavement of all non-jews and complete destruction of all cultural and religious norms. A fast cull won't achieve the cultural change needed, that's why they are going for a slow one.

Also even jews are going to suffer under their own rule, though it won't last because they are essentially parasites.
