Stop paying taxes or supporting them in anyway.
Use barter to trade for now if you don’t have cash flow.
Shop and work for ma and pa stores.

Actually a lot of them do pay taxes...but the irs let’s you claim kids in other countries so they claim 8 and get all their money back. You can do this too though.
