Judaism have had a very bad experience when its Talmud was translated without renaming things, it also didn't help when on occasions honest jews realized the evils they are in and taking part of, renounced Judaism and exposed some of its doctrine and manipulated terms to Christian authorities.
jewish scholars have long learned to switch the word goyim, Christian, or non jew with Canaanites, heathen, pagan, etc.. (and in some cases leaving blanks or symbols). But their evils are always taught verbally in their religious schools and few "genuine" copies remain with them but NO ONE will show them to you.
But I can clearly demonstrate that jewish hatred for Christians is not only plausible but inevitable and you can take the strands of your research from there.
1-For a start the Talmud was written on long stages, spanning over 1000 years and parts were written after Jesus birth, some 600 years after (All very easily verifiable). Do you think jewish rabbis will have kind words for someone whom they think is a fake moshiakh? Do you think they will have kind words for whom they consider apostates?
It's only logical that they hate the new religion because they have rejected Jesus whom they consider an imposter and a son of a whore.
2-You can research Talmud burnings, it happened quite often, and not because Europeans were bigots, but because many converts exposed what they said about Christianity, when you do your research keep in mind Wikipedia is jewish and will always present the jew as a victim.
3-The things many jewish rabbis say are horrible and even they hide the exact words used in the Talmud, it cannot hide what's inside their hearts, you can also research how Christian priests are treated in israel. In fact, jews prefer muslims over Christians. Their main problem with muslims is that they consider Jesus to be a holy person. I have a large compilation of such videos.
4-Of course because the Talmud is HUGE! It has all sorts of contradicting teachings, someone who wants to present the Talmud as a good book, can come up with few citations here and there, especially that its language have been changed to be accepted by European religious authorities over the years.

BTW, I do realize Rabbis are not really instructed to masturbate while the shiksa is nude in the pool before conversion to Judaism, I added it for obvious dramatic effect, but the ritual is none the less easily verifiable, a woman has to dip in a pool of water naked, while observed by rabbis, the official number is 3, they are trying modernize judaism now though and they sometimes make the woman wear a semi transparent dress, but the ritual is just like stated, the same way that correct circumcision can only happen with the mouth of a rabbi.
