Without having TV how will I be able to see the broadcasted material of EBS and after?

I get only the free Pluto and can watch things on youtube. If no internet the EBS videos to be shown won't be viewable on the desktop... can everything reach me on mobile? How do I make sure, is there an app for seeing them?

If it happens, you will somehow know and somehow find a way to view it. People will record it. People will upload it. People will share it.

You will see it if/when it happens.

If u have a tv you can get an ota antennae for like $10
