Well if you take the 80% vaccinated goal and then compare that to current world population. The remaining 20% is just a little over 3x that "goal"
Sounds like a margin of error to me.... so if say 85% take it they have some wiggle room.
I suspect the % goal will creep up until they hit their 500 million ish goals...

I've been rewatching old shows I used to watch in better days, since entertainment has become so "woke" and generally uninspired. One of those shows is the 90s scifi show "Sliders".
Terrible show, I know, but I was watching the episode about the alternate Earth that uses a lottery to maintain population levels, and I was shocked to discover that the total population they used on the episode was exactly half a billion people.
Probably just a coincidence, but it caused me to specifically think back on the Guidestones.
