The civil suit damages are gonna be enough for this woman to buy a LEER and a private pilot. I bet ambulance chasers from all over have this woman on the hotline. It matters not what the rules or policies are, or even laws—-what matters is if 10 of 12 jurors agree. In the voir dire, the plantiff’s lawyer will only select moms. Pretty easy. This case is a treasure chest waiting to explode.
