She speaks very well. I don't know if any of you took 2nd and 4rd grade English seriously. But in those classes, we were taught HOW to use the language when speaking. It is called INTONATIONS...
When making a STATEMENT, you keep your tonal voice more factual, or even and on the last word, it rather drops.
When Asking a Question, your tone at the end of the question rises, as it produces a better question...
So Thank You for pointing this out, it shows that our Students are no longer taught Tonal Intonations in beginning/beginners English classes...
And we are also LACKING in Enunciation Classes.... Most people I speak to sound like they are chewing on a celery or have a huge wad of tobacco in their mouth...
It's making Americans sound like they really don't know what they are talking about....
I hear people who use the up tone, intended for questions, when trying to make a factual Statement, and it sounds like they are not at all sure of what they just said(common)....
At other times, they'll shake their head left/right, which means NO, while making a positive statement... also common, and sends a mixed message....
Other times...never mind, it's not like any of you care anyway.... I give up... Let the chineesee fuck it all up and have at it...

I thought this was a great comment, true and highly useful.
