Dissolving Illusion? I think Jenner's vaccine was some scabs in water. Higher death rates following mass vaccinations. All a scam. Also, if testing is terrible now, think how it was back then. Testing for polio was almost non existent. Mainly attributed to ddt and pesticides used in the sugar industry.
