It really depends on how many busybodies are willing to type "case counts" via the MSM.

Magic in its finest form.

In theory a country could just suddenly report "0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0 cases..." for a whole week even as nobody were vaccinated or 100% of people were vaccinated.
