If you have a dry cough inhale steam. boil a pot of filtered water (you don't want to breathe chlorine) and breathe in the steam without burning yourself. The water vapor will help produce mucus which will help escort the virus particles out. It's not a cure, but it will help you breathe and prevent the virus from getting further in.

Yep, I don't fight a fever unless it reaches dangerous levels (which has yet to happen), the body makes the fever for a reason and that is to nuke some germs. Why should i try to block my body's defenses? American medicine is so stupid but I guess they could make money by selling fever fighters so half of it is corruption and the other half is a lot of doctors not being smart enough to understand the corruption.
Don't know if still true, but early on there were reports of people who took advil and other ibuprofins that got a far worse reaction to covid, so avoid that too, folks.
