For the most part the whole album is about the life of an NPC from a first person perspective. It's kind of of hard to credit now considering Radiohead have become obedient bitches in the last 16 odd years but they used to be quite anti-authoritarian. https://i.imgur.com/Rp8Fs56.jpg

One of my top 10 fave records. It’s a prophetic vision of a psychotic hypersociety.
