I was interested in this also. I create +CovidOnTrial back on ruqqus to compile legal information regarding the fight against COVID. I can't say I found many strategies, and no one ever posted there besides myself, but I would post any lawsuits that came my way.

You could probably create a new thing on discussions.app along those lines. Thing is we just need numbers of people there sharing ideas.
