I have been aware of this for some time. I cannot find any information on what exactly Operation Starfall is. Does anyone have information on this? It seems this maybe something that will be concerning.

Starfall sounds like a big deal and at the same time it feels like we are about primed to step into a new phase of whatever this time in our history is

Some sluething- there is a tv show, boardgame, and videogame with same name. Plots all focus upon quick decisive strikes and typically involve space. Also reminiscent is Skyfall: “When MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.”
