It is 100% the Pence / Rhino money factor. I have a plethora of research on how Pence got his piece of silver. It goes back to nursing homes in Indiana and the takeover of Marion County Health and Hospital Systems. Indiana received the most Medicaid funding vs any other state for nursing home patients (with the lowest patient to caregiver ratio), then took that dough, diverted it and made their biotech, pharma, regional hospital and HH&S systems a fraudulent fed funding money grab. The FBI indicted 5 and 20 got away because it went all the way to the top. IU was part of it as were these companies created by consultants (one Trump appointed to run Medicaid/Medicare) who started under Pence. Then once Covid hit they passed a law (Holcomb) HB 1002 that basically made it impossible to sue the state or these entities for fraud (diverting funds) resulting in lack of care/neglect of elderly. Oh, and before all this started (yet investigation was underway) Pence passed a law blocking any scrutiny of Marion Co Health and Hosp. with a broad provision of secrecy within the law.
