By this point Australia is probably going to be gridlocked for the sake of a stealth genocide attempt.

By 2030 I wouldn't even be surprised if somehow there are "investigators" that start investigating Melbourne or Auckland for human rights crimes, they will find 40% of the households there had at least 1 corpse and nobody will have an idea what is going on.
