America you would only have competition and far more bullshit and rules. Afghanistan you would rank quicker. 100,000 Taliban have just ranked, increasing their wealth and status. Have any Americans on that ratio. Afghanistan has very few regulations and fewer taxes. And a rather simplistic survival code. Life might be harder but there's probably more gain.
