It's pretty obvious, I mean the resemblance is uncanny and the dates line up.

This falls apart when you look at Justin and Pierre resemblance, it's super obvious that Justin is his kid.
The only way it works is if Fidel is actually Justin's grandfather. Fidel offered one of his daughters to Pierre. Fidel date of birth is 1926, Margaret Trudeau is 1948.
