I did not know this. He was apparently trying to impose jewish law on "goyim" that excludes jews. So they have a set of laws and punishments for everyone else. Sounds like the islamic laws for non-believers except you can't convert even if you want to be a slave, so you are always bound to their laws as a shabbos goy. Everyone and everything from the Middle East needs to go back.
