the onscreen info has been added in post production, badly, since cameras never use a font like that

This "lecture" was made for a "documentary" (mockumentary) callled "Funvax" that never got finished or released. The lecturer is an actor and there is also a fake interview with him.
Sounds good. I do think it's interesting anyhow, in that I didn't find it worth sharing. I'm pretty sure our military has done worse than this, so I wouldn't be surprised by much.
I've seen enough videos of Gates being awful (him and Melinda are terrible at controlling body movement and hiding lying) that fake videos aren't really necessary.
I would like to find a video of Kevin Kline getting into/out of his Melinda Gates make-up, though.
