I am not a biologist, but from my reading on the topic, the phenomenon observed in Marek's disease is deadlier strains mutating within and being spread by carriers that have received a leaky vaccine that alleviates symptoms. ADE is when a vaccine causes worse symptoms in a vaccinated individual.

I could be completely mistaken and would appreciate a source that could clear things up.
