No. It is clear what is happening. They send in shills to ensure that any place that tolerates questions about COVID-19 and the policies to mitigate it gets lots of racism, misogyny, antisemitism, homophobia and transphobia. Then then can point to it in papers like https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-021-89467-y to justify taking measures to stop the online hate.
