Looks like, and is a total bullshit.

Graphine is a superconductor

Nearly anything conductive become superconductor at specific temperature. However, highest known superconductor critical temperature at normal pressure is ~-100°C, There is a group of superconducting substances that have critical temperature up to 15°C, but they require extreme pressures at GPa (thousands of atmospherest) range, that is not the case in human body. Graphene become superconductor at temperatures slightly above absolute zero, near -270°C. So, graphene is very bad superconductor, much worse than, say -130°C YBCO you could make at your garage and play with superconductivity with cheap liquid nitrogen from closest air separation plant where you usually buy argon and CO2 for welding.

and reacts to magnetically charged energy.

Energy could not be charged. Nor electrically, not magnetically.

When electromagnetic radiation is emitted from any source such as a cell phone tower the graphine reacts and aligns as magnets do and as it aligns it creates a power source since it aligns and connects to the chip as well regardless of where it is in your body.

Graphene is diamagnetic like graphite, copper or even table salt. That means they repel from magnets. Effect is weak, but if you have a magnet strong eтough (very strong) you could make that substances levitate above it. Diamagnetics does not align to magnetic field like ferromagnetics. And, unfortunately, they does not create a power source.

And so on.

On the video you see some ferromagnetic balls in castor oil under electrostatic discharge. It have nothing with 5G or graphene at all. Here is complete video with whole experiment set up and explanation not shown in that shitty post. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeHWqr9dz3c Fascinating entertainment, but nothing unusual. You could easily play with this if you have high voltage source, oil and a handful of small metal balls.

However, interesting and important question is - Who is pushing all that garbage with clear intent to have "easy to debunk conspiracy theory" around and to distract attention from real conspiracies? Could we find the source of that crap? Somebody definitely spend a lot of time to create that crap - think out dumb science-like texts, cut videos, upload them, etc. It is not fun, it is even not look like a LARP. Obviously, there is no any profit of doing it for free, like a hobby. So, this crap is definitely paid. It should be possible to find out the source, since conspiracy theorists communities is relatively small, and there is some kind of knowing each other in them. Changes in the behaviour of known nicknames or invasion of new ones pushing some garbage should be clearly visible.
