Not the full picture. But close.

If I have to put bluntly, it's control and manipulate, then go for the kill. And in an extremely silent and insidious way that most people don't even notice.

It's like cutting some pieces of Hodolomor, Khmer Rouge and Cultural Revolution and combining them into a worse monstrosity.
