Use Achive.IS for now, at least they have not been caught red-handed censoring and are outside US jurisdiction

Either way, since Mercola has a sign in process for accessing articles, I don't think either can be used to archive every article on his site. I don't know of any archive site that will archive an entire website rather than just the page your on.
