Possibilities (even if low probability):
Time lag in diff data series (deaths, vaxx): No data available for this
Diff in statistical classification methods (who is case, who is covid death, etc): can't find data on this
Diff in circulation of classified "variants" (i. E. more alpha, less delta). Data confirms this : https://www.ctvnews.ca/health/coronavirus/tracking-variants-of-the-novel-coronavirus-in-canada-1.5296141
Stats are purposefully fuxored. No data to prove this available.
Israel got a head start in almost fully vaxxing it's population, and using Pfizer only which wanes fastest with neutralizing antibodies, so they will get earlief breakthrough cases and more ADE vaxxed cases comparex to CAN, that got to a high level of population vaxxing much later, so that the vaxxed still have some neutralizing antibodies left. Data proves this also : https://91-divoc.com/pages/covid-visualization/?chart=countries&highlight=Canada&show=highlight-only&y=both&scale=linear&data=vaccinePeople-daily-7&data-source=merged&xaxis=right&extra=Israel&extraData=vaccinePeople-daily-7&extraDataScale=separately#countries
Diff mix of vaccines with diff antibody titers. Data proves this too (Israel is exclusively Pfizer only, with fastest waning antibodies) : https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection/prevention-risks/covid-19-vaccine-treatment/vaccine-rollout.html
Diff start of coronavirusES season, so different number of uptake and ILI deaths, until CAN catches up as, their season catches up with Israel. Data proves this as well: https://91-divoc.com/pages/covid-visualization/?chart=countries&highlight=Canada&show=highlight-only&y=both&scale=linear&data=cases-daily-7&data-source=merged&xaxis=right&extra=Israel&extraData=cases-daily-7&extraDataScale=separately#countries
Something else.
