Yep. Remember when all the US media kept on repeating "White, domestic, terrorist. White, domestic, terrorist. White, domestic, terrorist." and "7 mass shootings in 7 days"? Repeat ad infinitum, ad nauseam.

Talk about 5 years of creating a mountain out of a mole hill...
