so, this loosely "official" way to understand how vaccines affect people is horseshit.

edit: now im 5% more perturbed. how is there not, AT LEAST, a 3-letter gov agency tasked w/ collecting this info... AND legislation/laws that MANDATE clinics/hospitals to report this data?!?!
