If other countries stop doing it then I will declare "victory".

If it's just America alone who doesn't have masked (strangled) people in every square mile of a state, doesn't have illegal detainment every 4 months and doesn't have 1200 cases on the news every day because of unconsitutional laws, then I will still claim that civilization will soon regress into cannibalism.
