CIA infiltrates google/facebook/twitter and systematically idenitifies profiles of individuals, developed by collection of data, that have the ability to be radicalized in their beliefs. this could be used to deligitamize potential dissendent populations from ever gaining a foothold or any credibility or legitamecy. like fbi informants who arrest drug dealers buy offering them money for drugs, or fbi who pretend to be children in order to attrack pedophiles, government agents could be intentionally misleading vulnerable people who lean anti-government or anti-authoritarianism with misinformation in order to enflame their passions and provoke a criminal act.
