I believe that CodeMonkey pointed this out from the Dominion manuals back in December. The machines are designed this way purposefully. Anybody logging into a defined role uses the same password... I believe the passwords were even listed out in the manual and were not changeable. Indicating that ALL machines in ALL states had the same password.
