I don't think anyone would risk their retirement pension by saying something that a grown adult should already know.
If you're uneducated then that's your fault alone. No one should have to hold your hand.
Remember these employees do not get social security. They can only rely on the pension they worked for. Especially putting up with the shit they put up with for years.
I think it's very unfair to call them out on that.

They've made an oath of altruism. What if, somehow, they had a financial incentive to not treat someone?
