I think that is one of the main reasons aliens would visit...to end that type of shenanigans. There's no telling how many are really out there (MKUltra clones, or even broader MKUltra victims), and I have a feeling there are whole towns (like in Arizona, the interior of Canada) that are completely controlled. Even Biden's hometown of Arden might be one (no police force to boot).
