Michael McKibben explains in this video how:

Facebook was based on stolen code and patents
Supported by intelligence organization
in cahoots with all BIG tech and Media companies
and protected by District courts
who are all in on it and share the profits (taking inventions and companies public) and control (by controlling us via the media)
Facebook is just one example of this system
This system of global patent theft which is systemic, not one off
It has been going on and perfected since the end of WW2
Michael McKibben has taken this up to Supreme court level (all district courts, esp. DC are 100% corrupt, they protect the theft)
Mainstream media will NOT touch this issue, because they benefit from this

Does he talk about the contract between Facebook/Lifelog and Darpa? Seems like there should be some restrictions on the use of that technology since the American taxpayer funded it.

A good restriction would be a prohibition against weaponizing said technology against the people who funded it...
