It's mixed. I suspect that they have had so much building going on concurrently that they are scraping the bottom of competency when it comes to hiring construction crews.

Some of the things are ultra-modern and luxurious, and among that a lot of it isn't up to scratch structurally.

I despise their system and I think a lot of what they have is due to the West's insatiable appetite for the cheaper products they produce.
