Her and her mother then participate in black mailing Cosby claiming that if he doesn't pay them they'll say he's a rapist. So eventually he settles the accusations out of court to make it go away, because the lawyer for his accuser happens to be the same cunt who offered to pay a woman to accuse Trump of sexual harassment and in this case she went and found other women who were willing to claim Cosby raped them also in order to bolster her client's case and pressure him the media.
Other accusers continue after the first one got money and only make the accusations after the fact, alleging they happened years prior with no evidence. Cosby's original accuser has also been caught lying over and over again, including to keep one of her friends from testifying against her at the first trial.

A famous criminal profiler, Pat Brown suggested on her social media during the trial that jurors weren't forensic or legal experts and therefore weren't really qualified to judge expert and legal opinions and decide too much on emotion. It was her opinion that there was no evidence that Bill Cosby raped his original accuser, which is why there was a hung jury in his first trial, and that it was unfair that the prosecution was allowed to bring in additional accusers in the second trial to essentially convict him by consensus and not by fact. And these additional accusers only came forward after the first accuser went public and were "found" by her lawyer Lisa Bloom who was caught on tape trying to bribe women into making sexual harassment and sexual abuse claims against Trump. It was Brown's opinion that Bill Cosby was convicted not based on facts, but emotion and was rail-roaded by improperly allowing in testimony from other accusers, when the initial accuser's case fell apart.
She also noted that many of these other accusers admitted that they had consensual sex with Cosby and only decided it was rape when he didn't help their acting careers take off.
