Can I think of it as form is physical and flow is spiritual or conscienceness?

Mental/physical (natural opposites of self) are both within form; caused by flow.

Spirit (from spiro; to breathe) represents form adapting to flow aka in response to it. The parasites suggest spirituality to cause a conflict of reason between physical and mental by suggesting the mental (spirituality) as the goal to avoid the outcome of the physical (death). Our consent to believe in substitute outcome for death (spirituality) represents our consent to the ignorance of the sustenance of life. It's another hidden inversion.

Consciousness comes into need when flow segregates ALL potentiality (flow) into individual ONE potential (form within flow). Why? Because potential comes out of potentiality (like a sinus curve of growth/loss) and so potential (comprehension) needs to perceive what potentiality has to offer, which represents the foundation of conscious communication...input of information; which is then followed by processing of information (choice based comprehension) as the secondary part of consciousness leading to acting as form within flow.

As form you represents a physical effect (form) that can mentally comprehend the cause of it (flow). Comprehending this aka finding self discernment represents mental/physical balance which represents each ONEs responsibility within ALL...yet the choice of ignorance will always be an option.

Try to a) distance yourself from spiritual; while sticking to the mental/physical distinctions, and b) question the differences of perception/comprehension with free will of choice in the middle.

The consciousness is simply a tool for input/processing/output of information; with flow representing the flow of information (perceived by form as inspiration), and form the choice based transmutation from perceived inspiration into comprehended information.

Try to view yourself as potential and me as a different potential...adapt to the differences. Real communication isn't about true vs false reasoning; it's about finding balance between potential aka resonance as individual ONEs to collective ALL. For you I'm not the ONE holding the potential you want; I'm ONE vessel of ALL the inspiration you need to adapt to. If you believe me (the ONE) you fell for suggested information (form); which ignores needed inspiration (flow).

Also; really question how suggested time a) measures flow yet b) suggested past; present, and future trick you to ignore your place as form within flow...as form within flow past represents loss; future represents hope/fear and present represents stress. All self inflicted trauma; while ignoring what constant change means for those set into it...the need for self sustenance through adaptation.
